If you click on the "SqueezeCenter Startup options" item on the start menu you can set SqueezeCenter to run as a service. It will then run without anyone having to log in. Beware that if your music isn't all local to that machine and you use network shares, this can cause issues if the user details you use don't give you access to these drives.
