I purchased a Logitech Squeezebox Duet some days ago but I'm having trouble running Squeezecenter 7.2. After starting squeezecenter.exe the icon is displayed in the systray with the message Squeezecenter starting, but that is as fas as it goes.
What did I try: - changed the Windows firewall settings (ports 3483 tcp/udp and 9000 tcp), added an exception for squeezecenter.exe - disabeled the Windows firewall - uninstalled squeezecenter, reboot and install again - started squeezecenter from a command line, I get the following error: C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server>Squeezecenter.exe Use of uninitialized value in transliteration (tr///) at /<C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\squeezecenter.exe>File/Spec/Win32.pm line 103. Use of uninitialized value in pattern match (m//) at /<C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\squeezecenter.exe>File/Spec/Win32.pm line 105. mkdir Y:\: No such file or directory at /<C:\Program Files\SqueezeCenter\server\squeezecenter.exe>Slim/Utils/Prefs.pm line 740 I'm stuck at this point, what could be the problem here? I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate and use Mcafee 8.5.0.
