Does anybody know what the business and financial condition of Slim Devices is? There are loads of companies with a killer peripheral or leading-edge product with a fierce and loyal early-adopter customer base that never "make it" beyond the beginnings. Is Slim Devices venture funded (if so, which firm), are they profitable, are they planning to be, does existing management own the company or have they sold out to investors, etc..
