Try the /FFT switch to ignore timestamp differences of up to 2 seconds. This will help if you are copying from NTFS to non-NTFS partitions. Perhaps your F: drive? RoboCopy will look for a timestamp accurate to 100 nanoseconds if it thinks it is copying to NTFS. Most other file systems do not use such an accurate timestamp.
