Unfortunately the factory reset didn't work for me.

So finally today I finish the last major piece of my home setup (been
tinkering with it for a while). Extol the virtues to my wife, walk her
through how to select players, synchronize them, etc. Talk about the
various music services, including Rhapsody. She says she wants to hear
a particular song. My free 25 plays are used up, but I've seen enough
to sign up, so I do. Find the song, plays, and stops. Try some
Rhapsody channels and get the same. Spend 30 minutes troubleshooting
-- no luck. Finally turn on debug logging and find the " A max of
three streams..." error. Search the forum and find this is a known
problem. Go through the factory reset pain -- still broken. Drat,
talk about your bad timing! Now wife ain't happy and I'm annoyed. (And
now one SBR will play, but the main one still throws this error.)

So what next? Just signed up for Rhapsody On the Go and can't use it
on one receiver, but can through the other (at least through SC). Is
this a SqueezeCenter problem, or a Rhapsody problem? Should I cancel
my Rhapsody membership (and now I see that I have to CALL them to
cancel -- that bites.) I hate to have just paid for the service and
not have full use of it.

I just checked the bug report, which says "Resolved", though the most
recent comment says it is still broken. So is this being worked on or
not?
Regards,
