I had the same problem, the only thing listed under my Internet Radio was "Tune in URL," all other listings were gone after upgrade to 7.3.1.
Fixed it with a clean install, unfortunately saving and reinstalling my server.prefs file caused the problem again so the problem seems to be in a corruption or incompatibility of the server.prefs file, so you loose all your preferences and have to set up your server anew.
