Read my first post in this thread. It will tell you how to add them back. Note that it also warns that they can be overwritten when you update Squeezecenter, so it makes sense to back up that file before you do the update. (This could happen even before Logitech took over.) Anyway, adding them back will take less time than even answering this thread did so no big deal.
