Weird though. Why doesn't the firmware upgrade reset the Xilinx itself.
No wonder the SD support staff doesn't reply to their mail, they're too 
busy dealing with unnecessary stuff like this.

Maybe one of these support staffers should invest some time in creating 
a FAQ. A HUGE number of questions on this list pop up every week or even 
day.
