For the past few days, the nightly builds of 7.3.3 and 7.4 have been broken. If you download and try to install, it will not work. Also, if you look at the ReadyNAS sparc version, the size shows 10.5 KB, as opposed to the regular 29 MB or so of the normal download.
Hopefully this will be fixed soon. Someone posted about this on the Beta forum, but with no replies.
