I have had a lot of problems lately with MP3s that the Squeezebox refuses to play. I can play many files with no trouble, but not these. MP3 diagnostics says that the files are OK.
I mainly listen to audio books with low bitrates. While looking for a reason, I noticed that the files that will play have a sample rate of 44 kHz, while the ones that won't play have a sample rate of 22 kHz. If you queue the file remotely, through the web interface, the elapsed time counts up to 4 seconds and resets to 0 in an infinite loop. Can anyone else duplicate this problem?
