I've reset the player back to defaults, and that did nothing, I deleted it, re-installed it, but I still have the remote stuck on the left hand side of the player, so I can't see what I'm doing. How can I reset the menu and remote preferences? I can't even turn off the remote, as it's covering the screen as well.....
