I think RT David doesn't realise that you are in the UK. AlienBBC fetches URLs direct from web site so they are "dynamic" and up to date. This might affect the 2nd RTSP URL I suggested but not your general problem.
The opening of WMA stream to non-UK users should not alter the fact that you are in the UK and WMA streams do not work - not even from your PC.
