The dreaded Optimod. BBC are quite careful how they use this ( except for R1) - unlike every commercial station...
When R3 is good it is very very good. However, DAB never sounds better... Internet radio can sound as good as R3 FM -- Phil Leigh You want to see the signal path BEFORE it gets onto a CD/vinyl...it ain't what you'd call minimal...
