Yeah, well, similar thing happened to me today. My settings were to turn off the controller's screen to extend its usage (no screensaver...). But anyway, I took it from the cradle and white color all over the screen?. Bright white. Tried with resetting it to factory settings, turn it off/on, took out the battery and no go. I just hear intro sound and that's it (and white screen). I have Duet since december 2008.
