No. Presets are saved as prefs. Prefs migration happened from 7.3.x to 7.4.x. Once you're running 7.4.x, 7.3.x settings are ignored. If you still have your 7.3 configuration files (in the SqueezeCenter folder), the you could try to uninstall 7.4 again, remove all 7.4 prefs and re-install 7.4.1. But I'm not sure it's worth the hassle.
