You can play Pandora (and any other supported Music Services) from your local SBS server. Can you currently play any Internet Radio to your player from SBS?
Make sure you have your MySB login info entered onto your SBS > Settings > MySqueezeBox. This will "register" your player onto MySB. If you do want to get your player connected directly to MySB you can simply use the SBS server to send the player to MySB and/or grab the player back from MySB.
