@jrichardson & @siduhe : this issue doesn't involve server, neither network conflict. I'm 100% sure that the device as no IP address : no log on my DHCP server for broadcast or leases from the device. And even when i unplug ethernet (i have no Wifi and no access to neighbours WPA wifi) the device does not ask for network connection (as it does when it can't connect to any network).
