Glad to hear I'm not alone. Rhapsody just recently made a big deal about an overnight outage for a total system upgrade, not much an upgrade it seems. The new Norah Jones stopped working this morning too, I wonder if it is somehow related to a lack of data redundancy on their servers for some of the material.
Here's hoping they get it fixes, I'd hate to have to go back to buying CDs.
