Then you should be fine as 7.4 uses the standard www.MySqueezeBox.com server. There were DNS issues with NAS devices a few weeks back, you may want to check the NAS forum here to see if this is affecting you. Beyond that.... Which player are you using? Are you the original owner? Has that player ever been registered to a different MySB account? Can you switch the player itself to MySB?
