When I tried that, it only bookmarked the homepage even though I was on the status page. I had to go to my laptop and enter the much-longer address for the status page and then bookmark it there. I synced the bookmarks with my iPhone and when the entire address loaded into my phone's browser, I was able to save it to the home screen.
