I added it on the server (Squeezebox Server, running on a machine here at home). That was straightforward as there is a choice to tune in a URL you enter (Internet Radio->Tune in URL), and then I just made it a favorite.
Similar process on mysqueezebox.com, although I don't use that so don't have the exact location in the GUI.
