Thanks for the replies. I had read up on the LCD interference but it's on 24/7 but the problems only happen about every 2 months or so. Maybe aliens are hitting my house bi-monthly with IR beams or something. I like the idea of the using a video camera but don't have one and I'd have to borrow it for an extended time to catch whatever is happening. But thanks, I'll keep looking for the problem.
