Granted the Harmony software is less than intuitive when you get down to the fine tuning, but I can't see why you'd have a problem adding an SB3. I have software version 7.6.0 installed & have just run through the process.
Devices Tab > Add Device > Music Player > Digital Music Server > Logitech & then manually enter device model.
