The server has stopped and the reason seems to be that it cannot access the network in a way that it has to. My guess is that you have some kind of over zealous firewall software that prevents the server from accessing the ports it need for its operation. If you have a router with a firewall I would try by disabling any firewalls running on the computer and see what happens.
