Have you actually tried these devices? Personally I'd rather try to get a model with an LCD, I'm not at all convinced about the AMOLEDs. They intermix adjacent pixels causing a blurry effect that doesn't look good IMHO, they heavily overstate colors and you don't see anything at all outside in the summer because they are not bright enough (I tried this).
