Nope, not yet. There is an existing enhancement request that has been
around since 2005 ('Bug 2431'
(http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2431)) that deals with
internet radio volume generally. As noted there, Pandora and Slacker do
provide replaygain info, so those would be the low-hanging fruit. It is
one of the enhancement requests with the most votes, but I don't know
of any action on it lately. In the meantime, you'll have to use the
