FOUND THE PROBLEM! Under the iTunes tab, the iTunes Music Library.xml Location had been changed somehow to the "iTunes Library.xml" instead of "iTunes MUSIC Library.xml"
No idea how that happened. Changed the location, it rescanned and all is good now. Guess we better write that one down.
