You don't see the SB3/Classic on the Logitech website because it has been discontinued, and replaced by the Touch. There may be some resellers who still have Classics for sale, but they are scarce.
As for the forums, there never was a dedicated forum for the Classic. Player-specific forums were first introduced when the Duet came out in early 2008. But SB3/Classic questions are answered all the time here, as are questions about the Classic's predecessors: SliMP3, SB, SBG, and SB2.
