I'm quite happy to pay the additional £2.99 for this on my iPhone, and I expect this is the best way to do it in my case, because the iPad version that I've bought was a gift purchase for my wife's iPad. But can you just clarify - if I start the iPad version on my wife's iPad, create the voucher code and then enter the voucher code in my iPhone version will that work? I suspect not because our iPad version is associated with my wife's iTunes account, even though the funds for the iTunes gift purchase came from mine.
