SBS reads playlists in m3u format, which is a pretty widely-used
standard. It has to be a plain text file, not something in Word. 

If you don't know what an m3u file looks like the easiest thing to do
is probably to use SBS to make a small playlist, save it, and then look
at the contents. Then you'll need to edit your Word file to conform,
save it as an m3u file (saving as plain text, not Word doc), put it in
your playlist folder, and have SBS rescan for playlists.
