I don't think you can create Rhapsody playlists through the Squeezebox interface. I always thought that building and saving playlists from online sources like Rhapsody should work and I'm also pretty sure it did in the past but now I can see that at least with SBS 7.6 it doesn't. Maybe worth filing a bug. In 7.5.3 this works for me.
Which server version do you use?
