OK, here you go. Download the zip file. Unzip the files to your FB2K directory which should be c:\program files\foobar2000.
Right click on the file that says "FooSQIP.exe - Shortcut" and select "properties". In the "Target" field you will see an IP address of 127.0.0.1 - change that to the IP address of your vortexbox, make sure that the IP address has quote marks on both sides, e.g. "192.168.0.1".
