IIRC, it was rooted with the stock rom. The problem is that the IMEI/MEID changes on every start, therefore he cannot use the Beta version on this device (the Beta checks the IMEI/MEID against a whitelist). Therefore, he runs the market/release version of SqueezeCommander (0.9.5.3) on the device and it seems to work just fine: > > I just bought a new Nook Color and have successfully rooted it. > Squeezecommander looks and runs great. -- flattermann Christian Home of 'SqueezeCommander' (http://www.squeezecommander.com) - The SqueezeBox Remote Control App for Android ------------------------------------------------------------------------ flattermann's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=33169 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=86866 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list discuss@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
