Thanks Soulkeeper, MP3Tag solved the mystery.
I saw none problem when I check the tag information via the iTunes. But when I use MP3Tag, all the first songs of these 9 albums have no tag at all. Somehow iTunes screwed up the tags of the first songs but keeps the information. After updated all the tags in the first songs and rescan, it all got picked up.
