You have some type of conflict. SBS and interfaces work fine running on Firefox 5 on top of Windows 7 64-bit.
I've run into this same problem before. I think the problem may well be with old Squeezebox Server settings, or old Firefox settings, or both - that have been carried over from previous versions. Start by cleaning out all of your previous Squeezebox and Firefox settings, including in program files, user directories and registry settings. You can set important items, like bookmarks, aside somewhere and add them back in later. Look around here, or Google, for directions.
