Hokie, I have exactly the same problem. On July 12, 2011 Rhapsody made some change to their service that broke the playback on a wide range of systems.
The SB Classic is one of the systems that is still broke. In reading it looked like SBS 7.5.5 and firmware 134 was supposed to fix this but for us, it is still broke. I went ahead and upgraded my SBS to 7.6.0 - r32722 but that did not help the Classic unit which is now at firmware 137. I am able now to get Rhapsody to play on a Duet and the Duet Remote.
