This might be off topic,and might be inapplicable in your locale, but bear in mind that there are music ownership laws that come in to play when someone's music is played in public places(think jukeboxes), which may require royalty fees to be paid. In the States the laws are enforced by ASCAP, in Europe maybe BMI(???).
