Yes you could use your SB Touch indefinitely if Logitech vanished tomorrow. Only the mysqueezebox.com side of things would stop working. You could still use it for local music playback and internet radio.
You would lose the various services like Naptser, Pandora etc Some of those could be restored by third party add ons, others not. Someone would also need to develop a new podcast plugin for the Touch and the Radio (I expect such a plugin would appear in a couple of days if Logitech went away). -- andynormancx Yes, it will.
