Are you sure the SB2 is connected to the same server (not mysb.com) as the SB3 as playlist is on the server all players or no players should see the playlists if the server can see them are they there in the web interface ? Can you select both the SB3 and SB2 from the dropdown list in the web-UI (hopefully you given them unique names so you can tell them apart) On the info page check that SB2 and SB3 is on the same firmware, you might have forgot to set the SB2 to auto upgrade hence it only get new fw when press the brigthness button when asked to . SB2 and SB3 is actually the same machine in different chassis so they run the same firmware.
