The meltdown happens everytime they release a new product. For several days there are posts from those who are upset because either: a) they don't like the new product as much as the old b) they don't like the new product because it's not the design they've been asking for every other week (read...component stereo sized or boombox) or c) because they purchased the now "old" product within the last XX months.
