the linked amazon deal is strange. The picture is for a small gt7725 that has onboard radeon. The FireMV would be a double wide. HP ThinPro GT is a customized debian lenny.
They are basic PCs with an external power brick. I don't remember if they have a fan (The FireMV has one, but i forgot about the CPU). Your Problem is the mass storage. The have in integrated ide44 flash modul with 1GB. You can't add any internal drive. So you would need to add an external USB drive. Performance wise they would be fine. Noise level is fine.
