Hi I think the vetting process seems to have not worked. We need a way of truly coming up with the 5 best. My suggestion would be: 1. Go back to the full list of nominations and running a very large poll listing all of them perhaps with multiple (say 5) votes allowed? 2. Remove half the choices with the lowest/no votes. 2. Repeat with the reduced list once or twice until you have 5 options left. Then do a final one vote per member round.
