What I'm missing most with Sonos boxes is knobs. There is just volume and mute.
With Squeezeboxes I can easily start some favorite radio/Pandora station without fiddling with my smartphone. But one gets used to it over time. Another thing that nags me is their Controller App. Everytime you click a playable item it presents you a popup asking where to put it into the queue.
