I certainly don't want anything as power-hungry as mini-ITX, so it's something like the NLSU2 or Linkstation for me - and currently we'd be lucky to have the luxury of 64Mb to play with! (yes I know there's the 128Mb LinkstationHG, but they're hard to find.
