I just realized that the latest version from the AppStore does have a huge problem with colors and layout. *Please DON'T update * (if you didn't do so already), you won't be able to read texts in menus anymore.
An update was sent to Apple right away and I asked them for an expedited review. Guess it will still take 24-48h hours until they pretend to review the App again. Background: my development environment got confused with iOS6 and iOS7.
