In short, if the wifi at the B&B does not require additional authentication (e.g. a page where you have to enter your last name and room number) then you should be able to connect to mysqueezebox.com. Connecting to your local LMS is another matter, however. Here's an old guide: http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Connecting_remotely It's a little outdated but will give you the basic idea. The ports you need to open should be forwarded for UDP and TCP. If you are only going to be gone a few days you can probably skip the stuff about DDNS. You'll need to leave your server powered on.
