The Samsung and LG story is a bit of a different one. Their offerings have a primary use case of "send the TV audio to another room". This doesn't allow for active syncing (because that requires additional latency) so they go for low-latency streaming instead which Sonos struggles to to well. I would not be too concerned if I were them, it's just another case of "music uses cases are different from video use cases" and will not work well for music.
