I asked you to look at top so you can see if the pi cpu is stuggling. Mine was and i found out having upnp add on turned on meant my tv was hogging cpu of the pi as it tried to connect to the upnp...if you can't look at the top command try pulling out the lan cables from the router to reduce anything trying to speak to the pi
