I have recently bought a new router. I choose a Netgear Nighthawk 6. Not the cheapest but it runs perfectly. It is a tri-band router. Two 5 ghz and one 2,4 ghz. I try to have as few devices as possible on my 2,4 ghz Network, so that it is primary reserved for squeezeboxes.
