I get the following error in the Server log [16-11-08 16:45:12.1609] Slim::Player::Song::open (409) Error: Couldn't create command line for spdr playback for [spotify://track:396UbgFuVULOzlwjd3ZupG]
I guess you don't do this on a Radio or Touch? Then you'll have to install and configure the Spotify Protocol Handler plugin, too.
